I’m Felix Hofmann, an innovation expert, YouTuber, and entrepreneur. I spent seven years as the CEO of BMI Lab, a spin-off of the University of St. Gallen, where I specialized in supporting companies to craft innovative business models.

During my tenure as an innovation consultant, I had the privilege of facilitating numerous workshops on business model innovation and providing invaluable guidance to some of Europe's major corporations in their pursuit of innovation excellence.

In the past, I co-founded PaperC, which was honored as Germany's Startup of the Year in 2009. PaperC was a groundbreaking platform for academic eBooks, and I proudly served as its Co-CEO for a rewarding four-year period.

Additionally, I am one of the co-founders of FIVE, a Swiss natural cosmetics startup that achieved recognition on the television show "Die Höhle der Löwen."

My academic journey led me to pursue a Business Innovation M.A. at the prestigious University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

My passion centers around the profound impact of individuals and psychology within the realm of innovation. I am deeply fascinated by the question of why certain organizations successfully introduce genuinely groundbreaking innovations while many others grapple with challenges and ultimately falter.

In my view, the answer lies in their proactive utilization of psychology to empower their people within the organization. By nurturing creativity, fostering long-term thinking, and encouraging risk-taking, these organizations have transformed innovation into a fundamental norm. They achieve this transformative effect through the art of reframing.
